Our award-winning oysters are wild caught and lovingly raised in the unspoiled and pristine waters of Pambula Lake on the New South Wales Deep South coast. Our mantra is simple; using gentle cultivation methods we grow super tasty oysters for everyone to enjoy. Our farming is intentionally hands-on and independent so we can provide you with the best version of our oysters all of the time.
