REFUNDS

If for some reason you are not happy with your Pambula Oyster Co. goodies, please contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange (excluding postage). Return postage costs must be covered by the customer. You must notify us within 1 days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 2 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging. Please note: there are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes for change of mind Pambula Oyster Co. does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’.

SALE ITEMS

All orders are final. See refunds section. No changes to orders or combining of separate orders once they have been placed.

Any other promotions, offers, or discounts cannot be used during a sale period.
